It's no secret that we have a loud and proud foodie population here in New England, and with good reason.

When it comes to highlighting the best establishments around, no one does a better job than LoveFood. From discussing the nation's top restaurants to sharing recipes, news, and commentaries, LoveFood is a foodie's digital paradise.

Now, the platform is turning their attention to the most expensive restaurants in all 50 states. Their findings were determined based on "the priciest main course or tasting menu, and avoiding spots with just one very expensive dish."

Most of us can't afford to regularly splurge on fine dining, but that doesn't mean you can't treat yourself every once in a while. Perhaps you're celebrating an anniversary, birthday, or other milestone, or are simply up for trying something new. Whatever the reason, if you want to dine at the fanciest (and costliest) establishment in the New Hampshire, look no further than Hanover Street Chophouse.

Hanover Street Chophouse in Manchester, New Hampshire

This restaurant in the heart of downtown Manchester is the perfect blend of "excellent cuisine made from locally-sourced ingredients with an inviting atmosphere." It truly is the finest dining experience in the state, and has a reputation that precedes itself.

Here's what LoveFood had to say about Hanover Street Chophouse.

You do get sides with the prime bone-in rib-eye at Hanover Street Chophouse, which takes some of the sting out of its $70+ price tag. It’s the most expensive main on the menu, although a few others – including the $69 surf and turf, with filet mignon and lobster tail – come pretty close. Diners with more money to burn might want to start the meal off with a seafood tower, $112 for the ‘colossal’ size.

What do some of these dishes look like, you might ask? Here's a look at their rib-eye...
