Did You Know Goodwill in New Hampshire Won’t Take These 15+ Items?

Are you ready to clean out your closets, clothes racks, and shoes?  Let's get ready for all the new items coming into your house or apartment from the holidays.

While you're mulling what to keep and what to get rid of, remember the rule: if you bring something new into your home, get rid of one item.  This avoids clutter and keep your living space free of clutter.

If you love keeping stuff and have trouble parting with your beloved things, think about this.  If you make three piles while looking over your goods – one to keep, one to throw away, and one to donate – you will feed better about parting ways with stuff you no longer need.

There are some things you need to know about donating to any organization, but especially to the very popular Goodwill, according to goodwill.org.  Goodwill offers:

A variety of secondhand women’s, men’s and kid’s clothing, books, specialty and collector’s items, jewelry, toys, home décor and more. Thousands of new items are added every day. Proceeds from all sales support’s Goodwill’s mission in local communities nationwide.

While you are making that donation pile, remember what Goodwill of New Hampshire will and will not take.  Not all items are sellable, so make sure you look at the list of items.   The following list should help you make some decisions, and also help others buy good stuff cheap.
