Sneak Peek: New Hampshire’s Version of the Iconic Kowloon of Saugus, Massachusetts

Wow!  This is going to be spectacular!

The Brook in Seabrook, New Hampshire, has posted a sneak peek on Facebook of their collaboration with the Kowloon in Saugus.

I mean, would you look at this place?

Just gorgeous!

If you're not familiar with the Kowloon, it's an iconic restaurant located on Route 1 in Saugus. Their menu is filled with all the Chinese favorites you can think of.

Last I knew, the Brook's CEO, Andre Carrier, made it clear that this would not be a second Kowloon.  It will feature some of Kowloon's most ordered items, but it would be "a cousin, it’s not a twin, it may not even be a sibling. But the feeling should be there."

Andre said that the top 15-20 of the top menu items would be included in the new menu.

The Brook is also looking for help, according to their website. So if you are in the service industry, give them a call.

I can tell you from personal experience, they are really great people at The Brook.  I am sure that this new restaurant will be the same – filled with a great staff, great food, and great drinks.  I can't wait to see it when it's complete.

The Brook isn't done yet.  No one is telling me this, but I can imagine a day when people from all over the world come to Seabrook, New Hampshire, to eat the best food, meet the best people, and spend all their time at this place.  I feel like they are just getting started.
