Town Fair Tire Opening New Location in Westbrook, Maine

There's a little bit of a shakeup going on with one of Westbrook, Maine's, oldest shopping plazas.

That would be the plaza at 100 Larrabee Road located across from McDonald's and near the Rock Row development.

Several months ago, one of the plaza's key tenants, Advance Auto Parts, permanently closed. That closure was part of a company-wide issue, with Advance Auto Parts downsizing their operations and closing more than 700 stores nationwide.

With the closing of Advance Auto Parts and a large vacancy in a key business district in the burgeoning city, it was only a matter of time before something new popped up.

Town Fair Tire Set to Open At The Old Advance Auto Parts Location in Westbrook, Maine

Construction has been ongoing both inside and outside of the old Advance Auto Parts location for weeks now.

A new exterior facade was put into place as well as windows replaced and garage doors installed.

More recently, signage was officially hung indicating that Town Fair Tire will open their 10th Maine location with the newest one being in Westbrook.

There is no official grand opening date for Town Fair Tire's new Westbrook, Maine, location as of this writing.

More Changes Coming to the 100 Larrabee Road Plaza in Westbrook, Maine

Another longtime tenant of the Larrabee Road plaza in Westbrook will be departing early next year.

That would be PHOever Maine. According to Portland Food Map, the popular Vietnamese restaurant purchased the old Anania's building on Congress Street in Portland and have been doing extensive renovations on the property.

The plan is for PHOever Maine to move operations from their current location to Portland sometime early in 2026.
