In the heart of Portland's Arts District is a little joint that has been cranking out delicious Mexican food for over a decade.

While it may not always get the attention that many well-known restaurants receive, it certainly still gets its fair share of national recognition, and that attention is well deserved. Folks, if you haven't been to Taco Escobarr yet, you are definitely missing out.
