If you grew up watching Sesame Street as a kid, and you're lying if you say you weren't, you probably remember the song "One of These Things." It was a segment on Sesame Street that showed several objects, usually four, and the kids at home had to pick which one was not like the others.

Here's a clip of the segment featuring Bob McGrath, one of the original actors and singers who was a part of the cast of Sesame Street from the start. Sadly, Bob passed away in 2022.

So you know how it works. I have a photo I took at Hannaford in Portland this week while at the self-checkout because I was surprised to see something here that was not like the others. Can you figure out which one it is?

No, the answer is not the Necco Wafers. You guys love to give me crap about how much I love Necco Wafers. It belongs there, despite the fact you think they taste like chalk. I did grab a roll before leaving.

You eagle-eyed viewers will have noticed that the middle rack has Snickers bars, Milky Way bars, and...wait, what's that? Chicken?!?

So clearly what happened here is that someone went through the self-checkout and changed their mind or realized that didn't have enough money for the chicken. Rather than finding an employee to tell them that they didn't want the chicken, they instead just slipped it in the candy rack thinking no one would notice.

That is a waste of good chicken all because you were too lazy to bring it to someone and say you changed your mind.

Thanks for playing my game.
