Starting This Month It’ll Cost You More to Mail Something in Maine
I may be old fashioned but, nothing really beats getting something personal in the mail. Text and email is fine, but a handwritten note is so special. Nothing quite beats that feeling of getting something personal in the mail, right?
Sure, texts and social media are quick and easy, but a handwritten letter? That’s the good stuff babe.
My mother-in-law spent over 20 years working as a postal carrier, and she truly loved bringing a little bit of joy to people's day with every delivery. I also love my postal worker, he is so nice and always makes a point to wait for my son to run over to him to receive the mail.

"USPS will not raise prices in January 2025 for Market Dominant products, which includes First-Class Mail®. Accordingly, the price of a stamp to mail a 1-once single-piece First-Class letter will not increase. "
And if you have Forever Stamps collecting dust in your junk gore, don't worry they're still good for whatever the current price of a first-class stamp is, even if you bought them back in the day when they were only 41 cents!
That's pretty cool that they are honoring that.
