The twin cities of Lewiston/Auburn, Maine is about to get a whole lot louder, prouder, and baby, even more fabulous.

It was just announced via Facebook that on Saturday, June 1st you will witness the very first Great Falls Pride Festival and March.

Trust me, you are going to want to be a part of this historic event.

The day starts at 10:00am, at the Festival Plaza in Auburn, right near Gritty McDuff's Brew Pub and at 10:30am, the march will begin!

Supporters and festival goers will march across the Longley Bridge with pride and love and continue down to Lincoln Street where they end at Simard-Payne Park in Lewiston.

Once you hit the park, well, that’s when the real party will begin. Of course, their will be brief remarks and community connection. Then, you can expect music, vendors, local flavors, and more love than your heart can hold.
