If you were anywhere near Monument Square in Portland, Maine last night, you may have caught one of the most adorable street performances ever.

And this wasn’t just a human making music either.

A local busker was doing his thing, playing the saxophone for the downtown passerby’s when an unexpected star walked straight into the spotlight, with all four paws.

A man walking his black lab passed by and stopped for a listen. But it was the dog who was really captivated. So much so, that the music moved this pup to join in on the performance.

The Unexpected Duet That Stopped Portland in Its Tracks

The pup’s owner asked the sax player if he knew anything in “A minor,” and as soon as the song started, the dog was swept away by the music.

So much so, that the moment he began playing, the dog tilted it’s head back and started to sing along!

The dog was howling right along with the music, instantly. And of course, won over the crowd in seconds and thankfully we got a video of the magic as it was happening above!
