One thing this pandemic let us do was to get super close to our furry friends.

On June 5th come celebrate our canine friends for all they do for us and raise money for a shade pavilion and other improvements in the dog park. The Fourth Annual Bark in the Park moves off of Main Street to the Saco Dog Park. There will be rescue groups, dog trainers, pet supply stores, veterinarians and all sorts of other pet groups.

Saco Days

You can visit with veterinarians, pet stores, dog groomers and walkers, dog trainers, doggy day/overnight care. Rescue organizations will be available to talk about how you can help a dog in need. Handlers and trainers with therapy and companion dogs will be available to answer your questions. Food trucks will be there to help keep the human's fed too!

In 2019 there were over 200 dogs and their owners and this year promises to be even bigger! It will be guaranteed fun and great to have all the dogs out together...and humans too!  This event will be used as a fundraiser for improvements to the dog park. They will be following all the CDC guidelines to make sure everyone is safe.
