I Would Love Portland If It Had This Fast-Food Restaurant

I'm going on year number two in Portland, Maine. While I'm sure there are plenty of great restaurants that I haven't been to yet, there have only been one or two worthy of "writing home about." (Is this another Southern expression?)

I would really, truly love living here if there was at least one restaurant that reminded me of the South. The one I want the most (besides Chick-fil-A) also serves delicious chicken -- Zaxby's. I'm guessing you've never heard of this fast-food chain. Their fried chicken sandwiches and chicken fingers are out of this world. My mouth is watering, just thinking about how tender and juicy the chicken is. Oh... and the sauces. There are 15 to choose from. My brain (and heart) hurts thinking about how much I miss Zaxby's. It's not just the food; it's the southern hospitality that brings back years of wonderful memories.
