After a very fun 3 weeks of online contesting, 94 9 WHOM announced our "I Love My Pet" contest winner! Congratulations to Donna Simpson and her beautiful dog, Scout! Donna and guest will enjoy a 2-night stay at the Portland Westin Harborview Hotel with breakfast and dinner!
