Help This Maine Shelter Find Forever Homes For These Special Dogs Before It Renovates
The Animal Welfare Society in Kennebunk, Maine will start renovating its facilities on Monday, April 29th. The 501(c)(3) non-profit needs to find homes for four dogs before the kennel remodel project begins. Because of the urgency in placing these precious fur-babies, the humane society is letting you name your own adoption fee this weekend.
The pup in the picture above is Roscoe. He is a 3-year-old playful and fun loving cutie pie who would love to go home with you. We are not sure what breed he is. Find out more about this handsome devil on the Animal Welfare Society's website.
There are three other pooches available for adoption. If you are the right match and can provide a safe, loving environment, fill out an adoption questionnaire or stop by the adoption center at the Animal Welfare Society. The kennel is located at 46 Holland Road in Kennebunk.
Adoption fees reportedly include spaying or neutering, along with the first round of vaccinations and a heart worm test. It also includes internal and external parasite control, as per the AWS website.
