Heavy Snow & Gusty Winds May Knock Out Power For Many New Englanders
Yes, you read that headline correctly. This is not fake news. WMTW Meteorologist Sarah Long says there's heavy snow and gusty winds on the way Sunday evening into Monday. Long reports a winter storm watch will be in effect for Franklin County, Oxford County, Somerset County and the Interior Cumberland Highlands.
Expect anywhere from three to nine inches of snow depending on where you are. Winds could gust 20 to 30 miles per hour for some parts of Maine.
Be prepared for more power outages.
