If you've been feeling down about the fate of the world due to recent bad news, this will renew your faith in the goodness of mankind and womankind.

80 total strangers formed a human chain by linking arms to save a family of nine people from a riptide in Panama City Beach, Florida last weekend, according to the Orlando Sentinel. To make matters even worse, the grandmother reportedly started to have a massive heart attack while she was out in the water. As per the Orlando Sentinel, she was taken to the hospital along with one other member of the family who broke his hand. Everyone else is okay. Amazing!
