This poor lady from Wilton, Maine was pinned under her vehicle for more than two hours on Tuesday morning, according to the Portland Press Herald. If a neighbor had not heard her cries for help, who knows how long it would have been before someone found her. The kind neighbor, whose name has not been released, was reportedly able to move the truck off of her before emergency medical personnel arrived.

The Portland Press Herald says the woman has serious injuries and was transported to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston by a medical helicopter. At this time, her condition and identity are unknown.
