Goldfish Crackers Recall In New England
In case you missed it, there is a recall for millions of Goldfish Crackers due to Salmonella concerns, according to US Weekly.
Pepperidge Farm reportedly issued a voluntary recall because the company is concerned about the whey powder that was used to season some varieties of the popular snack. The whey powder could contain Salmonella, which is a potentially dangerous bacteria.
The four varieties of crackers being recalled are Flavor Blasted Xtra Cheddar, Flavor Blasted Sour Cream & Onion, Goldfish Baked with Whole Grain Xtra Cheddar and Goldfish Mix Xtra Cheddar + Pretzel.
If you have Goldfish Crackers in your cupboards, do not eat them. Throw them out, or take them back to the store where you bought them for a full refund.
