First Proposal of the New Year at The Rink at Thompson’s Point

You really couldn't find a better place in the winter to propose to someone than The Rink at Thompson's Point. You just have to make sure you can get down on one knee while wearing skates.

The Rink at Thompson's Point posted these photos of Ben Boonseng, down on one knee on the ice proposing to Kailea Shapiro, all while an ad on the boards around the rink showed a picture of the two in a heart with the words, "Will you marry me?"

I'll hand it to these two. They're good on skates. Not just Ben for getting down on one knee like a pro, but for the two of them to kiss on the ice without falling flat on their you-know-whats. Maybe it's easier than it looks and maybe I'm having some bad childhood flashbacks when I fell flat on my face ice skating on a pond.

Oh well, congrats Ben and Kailea!
