Coping With Stress & Anxiety About the Coronavirus Pandemic
There's no doubt about it, this is a challenging and stressful time for everyone. With wall to wall news coverage and non-stop posts from everyone you know on social media, the coronavirus pandemic is top of mind for everyone.
Even if you've been keeping "social distance," it's hard to avoid it. It can all lead to a great deal of stress and anxiety for many people.
Today on the HOM Morning Show, we thought it would be a good idea to have someone on the show to give some professional advice on how to work through these feelings.
Rob Cameron is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Partnership for Trauma Recovery in Freeport. He came on the HOM Morning Show today to talk about how to best deal with the stress that so many people are feeling right now.
He also gave advice on the best way to talk to your kids about the issue.
You can listen to our interview below. And if you need someone to talk to, you can get Rob's contact info here.
