Well this is scary! If you have a young child, or know someone who does, it's very important for you to know that several brands of infant ibuprofen are being recalled. They were recently sold at some at some very popular stores that you may have visited recently - Walmart, CVS, and Family Dollar. According to WMTW, the medicine is being recalled because they potentially have higher concentrations of the drug than advertised. This important to note, because it is especially dangerous for infants to ingest doses higher than recommended.

Luckily, my girls are too old to be taking infant medication...so I don't have any of this at home. But if you have young children, you'll want to check to see if you have any of this. Or, if you know someone with young children...do them a favor and share this article.

The recalled lot from CVS Pharmacy is 00717024A with an expiration date of 08/19.

The recalled lot from Family Dollar is 00717024A with an expiration date of 08/19.
