You often see traffic alerts for some pretty common issues - road construction, an accident, or may be dangerous weather conditions. But it's not too often that you see traffic get jammed up because of...caterpillars. That's exactly what happened in Blue Hill, Maine this week. According to WMTW, there were so many caterpillars on the roads there this week that the Maine DOT sent out an alert, warning that the roads were slippery because of the insects, and to use caution. Now there's something you don't see every day. Be careful out there!
