One of my favorite ways to see movies is at drive-in theaters. It's an experience like no other. I guess this goes back to my childhood, when my much older cousin snuck me into R-rated movies when she would babysit me. She wanted to spend time with her boyfriend. I couldn't tell you what any of the movies were about. I don't even remember the titles or who was in them. I just loved the freedom of walking around and being on the playground with the other kids (who weren't supposed to be at R-rated movies either). I would use my allowance to get popcorn, candy and soda; get a sugar high; and go home happy.

I hope your memories are as vivid as mine.

Meanwhile: If you live in Bridgton, Maine and love going to drive-in theaters, you'll have to wait a little while longer. WMTW reports there's still a lot of snow on the ground, so the opening date has been pushed to May 1st. "The Fate Of The Furious" is scheduled to be the first featured movie.
