Flights have become all the rage at bars and restaurants throughout the country. Typically, four small glasses of different types of alcohol are served at once, giving you a small sample of each.
This flight at River Tap & Grill at the Salmon Country Club in Hollis Center has become a local favorite with this extra special offering: The Boozy Coffee Flight, a dreamy combination of caffeine and cocktails that’s a must-try.
Like Peanut Butter?
The flight includes four decadent, dessert-inspired drinks: Mint Chocolate Chip, S’mores, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, and Nutter Butter. Each cocktail offers a rich, creamy burst of flavor with just the right kick to elevate your weekend vibe. Whether you're a coffee lover or cocktail enthusiast, this flight is a perfect way to treat yourself.
Unfortunately, when my girlfriend, Michele, went for Easter brunch, they weren't serving the boozy coffee flight. However, she couldn't stop raving about the drinks and food. She loved everything. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and the views made the experience even better.
The River Tap & Grill is known for its elevated pub fare, inventive cocktails, and friendly vibes. It’s a great spot whether you're grabbing brunch, meeting friends for drinks, or enjoying a casual dinner.
Pro tip: These boozy coffee flights are hot right now and tend to sell out fast, so don’t wait! They’re open Tuesday through Sunday (closed Mondays), with Sunday hours from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, making it a great brunch destination.
