A Pizza So Maine, It Had to Include Blueberries
Sitting pretty in the heart of Yarmouth, Maine is Brickyard Hollow Brewing Co. and honestly…they’ve been turning heads for a while now. And yeah, before you say it, this may not be breaking breaking news, this came out a year ago, but I do not care.
Some things are just too good not to keep talking about. Especially for those of us who missed it.
Like this pizza? It deserves a second (and third and fourth) moment. The taste buds are budding with one of the most unexpected menu items in the state and it's screaming, MAINE.

The kind of thing that makes you pause mid-order like, “Wait…should I try that?”
And then you do and suddenly your taste buds are fully awake and wondering where this has been your whole life.
This blueberry pizza is uniquely Maine. This creation layers fresh, local blueberries over a creamy ricotta base, topped with roasted shallots and a hit of lemon zest.
