It's a dilemma that school boards often face - whether or not to spend money on certain school programs. At Biddeford High School, the Marching Band was at one time the pride of the school. They won several competitions, and even performed for President Jimmy Carter at his inauguration. But several years ago, the decision was made to eliminate the program.
