I consider myself super-lucky to be able to DJ at so many gorgeous Maine weddings each and every year. Not only do I get to meet some really amazing people, I also get to work at some really amazing places, too.

Where was I this weekend? Well, if you couldn't tell by the photo that made you click on this article in the first place, I was at the one and only Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine. Now don't get me wrong, I've played the Samoset lots of times, however I've never played outside before. Nope, everything I've ever done at the resort has been inside their incredible ballroom.

Yesterday (8-15-2021) I have the opportunity to spin the jams for the new Mr & Mrs Bagnall. I also did the music for the ceremony. The ceremony was 'down back' right next to the ocean with a spectacular view of the Rockland breakwater. Oh, and you couldn't have asked for more perfect weather, either.

Following the ceremony it was up to the golf green for cocktail hour followed by a fun reception under the tent, again with ocean and golf course views. Such a great time and phenomenal place to celebrate a wedding. People literally travel from all around the globe to spend a week (or more!) at Maine's Samoset resort.

Check out some of the pictures I snagged... they still don't even do this place justice!
