Meredith Manning is not my real name...it's a fake name because my real last name is Weed and people make fun of it...A LOT! I'm a Maine native, born in Portland and raised in Scarborough...My Father was on the radio and it intrigued me hearing his voice on the air. After getting in trouble for drawing a weather map on my parent's plastic shade at age six and being sent to the front of the class because of talking too much, it was apparent that I needed a job in radio. I went to Lyndon St College in Vermont for Meterology and communications and The New England School Of Communications. I totally got this job by accident and somehow i'm still here after 18 years.
