"My boyfriend is constantly complaining about his weight. I don't say anything, and then he gets mad at me. What am I supposed to say? Should I tell him the truth -- that he does need to lose a few pounds?" - Terry

OK, so here's my take on this. If this is a casual relationship, there's no need for you to tell him that he needs to lose weight. However, you used the term "boyfriend"... so I'm guessing this is somewhat serious. In that case, you need to be upfront with him about his chubbiness. You don't have to be mean about it. Just be straightforward. Something like, "Look... I've noticed you've been letting yourself go a little bit lately. How about you lay off the cheeseburgers and hit the gym a little more often?" It might hurt his feelings at first; however, in the long run, he'll thank you for it!
