Ariana Grande just dropped a teaser for her summer single titled "Boyfriend" featuring Social House.

After teasing fans last week with photos from what appeared to be the set the song's music video, the pop star confirmed the new track and it's accompanying video will be released this Friday, August 2.

Grande shared a snippet on Instagram Monday (July 2), which features her and the pop duo sitting in a room with a couch and TV. In the short clip, you also see the "In My Head" singer and mystery man play fighting in a bathroom before the song's title pops up in cursive writing over a white background.

Check out the video teaser, below:

"Boyfriend" marks the first track Grande has released since her song "Monopoly" with BFF Victoria Monet in April. Since then, she's been busying performing during her Sweetener Tour, writing music for the new Charlie's Angels reboot and officially becoming the new face of Givenchy.

It's unclear when the 26-year-old wrote the new song, however, earlier this month, the 26-year-old also opened up about why she no longer shares musical snippets on social media. She explained it results in a lot of fan questions and theories that make her feel anxious, therefore, it's very likely she recorded "Boyfriend" a while ago but has kept it on the DL this whole time. Either way, we're excited to hear the new track, which is sure to be a summer hit.
