The holidays are upon us and for a lot of people, that means thinking about gifts. And as you peruse online or in stores for that perfect item, it's easy to get nostalgic, especially when it comes to toys. Some of the best selling toys right now are toys that have been altered from yesteryear. Perhaps even YOUR childhood. So if you're stuck wishing you could take one more trip to the toy store of your youth, there's a museum in a small town in Maine that may be able to fulfill that wish.

It's called the South China Toy Store and Museum and it's located along the bustling Route 3 in Maine. From the outside, this toy store and museum looks like an everyday farmhouse, but it's inside where the treasures truly abound. That includes an entire bedroom of the home dedicated to Star Wars toys. From Jabba the Hut to Kylo Ren, there are action figures, puzzles and sets covering the walls and floors from top to bottom. It's truly incredible.

How about old school board games? There's a room for that as well. Some board games that are familiar to us all and many more that have long stopped being sold in stores.

There are other action figure lines, plush toys, posters and cool gadgets on display that simply don't exist anywhere anymore except the deepest recesses of eBay.

The South China Toy Store and Museum is open Saturdays from 9am-5pm and Sunday from noon-5pm.
