At the Steeplegate Mall in Concord, NH, the space once occupied by Bon-Ton will soon be home to an unlikely tenant - a charter school. I have my doubts about whether or not this will be able to work. Won't the students be distracted by their surroundings? Will they be tempted to try to to go shopping in between classes?

According to WMUR, classes begin at Capital City Public Charter School on Sept. 4. Parents and students recently got a first look at the new school, and are excited about it.
