A Rainy August for NH: State Capital Breaks 126-Year-Old Record

According to WMUR, Concord, NH just broke a 126 year old record for rainfall in the month of August! The average amount of rain Concord gets each August is 3.18 inches. The previous rain record for the state capital in August was 9 inches, set all the way back in 1892. So far this August, Concord has gotten 9.53 inches, and there are still 10 days left in the month!
