It's true.

While I doubt any of us have had a boss as terrible as the ones in the movie, "Horrible Bosses," some of us could probably make a movie of our own.

Researchers from the University of Manchester in England studied employer/employee relationships in a toxic workplace, and they found that when a person has a bad boss, it can lead to them becoming a bully to other coworkers and is correlated with negative and disagreeable behavior.

Even worse, it can lead to major health problems, such as depression, high blood pressure, stress and sleep problems.

The bottom line: It's time to get a new job. No one deserves to be abused by their boss, especially if it's going to affect your health and well-being.
