What Words Or Phrases Do People Overuse?

We're all guilty of using certain words or phrases WAY too much. That's one of my crutches -- using the word way as an adverb.

It's so much easier to hear other people doing it than to monitor our own communicative behavior… And it's human nature to be irritated by the things other people repeatedly do.

AJ and I asked the listeners about their pet peeves, and this is what they said.

Honestly. Or "To be honest."
Actually.
Really.
Starting a sentence with "so."
Are you serious? Or "Seriously?"
Wicked.
Like.
Whatever!
OMG!
At the end the day.
