Events and activities are plentiful across Maine and New Hampshire. From ice hockey to full moon hikes and kids' sing-alongs, there's something for everyone.

The fifth annual New England Pond Hockey Classic in Meredith, NH is on the calendar for January 30 and February 1, teams from across the country will prove it on rinks marked off along the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. Hundreds of teams are expected to compete for the coveted WinnipeHockey Cup.

Camden winterfest kicks off this weekend in Camden, Maine and goes through next Sunday Ice carving, freestyle skiing competitions, a singalong version of “Frozen”, an outdoor film festival, a beer tasting. Festivities are capped off next weekend with the extreme U.S. National Toboggan Championships.

A full moon hike is planned at Mt. Abram in Greenwood, Maine on Saturday, January 31, 2015 starting at 5:30 PM.

St. Kieran Community Center for the Arts in Berlin, NH is presenting the dynamic duo, Julie and Brownie, singing music of positive thought and just plain fun on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 2 p.m.
