Warm Hands Warm Hearts

94.9 HOM is teaming up with 11 Subway stores in New Hampshire and Walgreens to collect new hats and mittens for children in need. Stop by any of the Subway stores noted below through December 29th. All items will be donated to the Salvation Army of New Hampshire.
