Walmart Hangs Wrong Picture Of ‘Bar Harbor’ In Ellsworth Store

The Ellsworth Walmart has some explaining to do after an writer for the Bangor Daily News noticed a picture hanging in the store that says in big bold letters "Bar Harbor, ME." The problem is, it's a photo of Hilton Head, South Carolina.

When asked about the photo, a Walmart spokesperson confirmed the Hilton Head photo was on display in the Ellsworth, Maine, store.

So how did the mix-up happen? Walmart didn't answer that question, but did say, “It will be replaced with a different photo.” Presumably one of Bar Harbor!
