I think it's safe to say we've all been this lady at one time or another in our lives. 

I've noticed an interesting trend in "blaming", and have personally worked to try and avoid that behavior.

I really loved how this video layed it all out there for you in a humorous but informative way.

She starts off with an example of how she spilled her coffee one morning and without missing a beat, blames her husband Steve who wasn't even actually there... because let's be honest, even though he was at work, it was clearly his fault. [note the heavy sarcasm here] ;-)

Brené goes on to explain that blame is different than accountability. Holding someone accountable means talking to them and telling them, "hey when you said that it hurt my feelings", while blame is merely a discharge of discomfort and paint.

I found this to be a fun little video, and also a reminder to always be working at becoming the best version of yourself.
