Unique Ways To Cook Your Thanksgiving Turkey

I had no idea there were so many ways you can cook a turkey! Check out some of these unique recipes, including cooking a turkey with a can of beer?

I've personally never cooked a turkey for Thanksgiving, and honestly it sounds like a really involved process. That being said, some of the ideas listed at HellaWella's website sound pretty amazing.

Beer-Can Turkey

This is a strange recipe where you literally put a can of beer inside the turkey while you cook it. You open the beer, pour out a few tablespoons and then set it inside of a special "can stand".  And according to the recipe on the Food Network, the level is 'Easy'.

Buttermilk-Brined Turkey

This Recipe involves soaking the turkey in a salt water brine with buttermilk. Apparently the result is a very moist, and mouth watering turkey. And again, the difficulty level seems pretty easy!

Ok this might be the weirdest thing I've ever heard of. It's basically a deboned chicken, stuffed inside of a deboned duck, stuffed inside of a turkey... which sounds kind of cannibalistic but is apparently delicious. Check out this recipe from allrecipes!
