Here are some fun things to do in the area this weekend!

9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, State Street, Portland. Free to stroll!
We haven't even thought about Thanksgiving yet (excluding the time we always spend each week to daydream about large meals in our future) and it's already holiday craft fair season. Venues along State Street will host an array of vendors selling crafts, food and unique gifts. Plus music, caroling and hot beverages.

9 a.m. to dusk Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to dusk Saturday and Sunday, Woodland Valley Disc Golf, 106 Burnham Road, Limerick. $5 single round, $8 all day pass, 12 and under $3 single round, $6 all day pass. $1 disc rental.
Take a walk in the Limerick woods while getting some exercise and having fun with friends playing a hybrid of golf and Frisbee. Disc Golf at Woodland Valley offers courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced level of players. Each course has 18 "holes" or in this case baskets. all with pars and plenty of organic hazards in the form of trees.

7 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights, The Big 20 Bowling Center, 382 U.S. Route 1, Scarborough. $10 per person, $2 shoe rentals.
When the lights go down, the music goes up and the fun begins. Try your hand at Rock–N–Glow bowling as you'll be knocking down pins while shaking a tail feather to the music. It's fun for all ages in a retro bowling alley setting. Don't like big balls? No problem because this alley is candlepin!
