Many people in New England are still without electricity after Sunday night/Monday morning's storms, which were so bad that both Governor Paul LePage and Commissioner of Safety John Barthelmes declared states of emergency in Maine and New Hampshire.

Well, this little 1-year-old boy from Raymond, Maine whose name is Tanner Stevenson, has a grandfather who works for Central Maine Power, so he dressed up as a CMP lineman for Halloween, according to WMTW. He even drove around the neighborhood collecting candy in a bucket power truck that his talented mother made from a Fisher Price toy.
