Gather up every kid you know and hit the slopes at Shawnee Peak. The annual Family Fun Day includes face painting and arts and crafts in the Great Room, a scavenger hunt, a snow-sculpting contest, a family obstacle race, a character parade, a skillet toss, a sack race, a tug of war, volleyball, a pie-eating contest and more.

He's a comedian, radio personality, bestselling author and actor all rolled into one. He's also the co-host of The Opie with Jim Norton Show on Sirius XM Radio. Jim Norton's current stint of live performances is called the "Mouthful of Shame" tour so expect to be shocked but very much cracked up.

It’s a family affair that starts at the crack of dawn and ends in spectacular fashion. Greater Bridgton Lakes Region Winter Carnival includes a kid’s Ice fishing derby, sled dog rides, horse drawn wagon rides, magic show, polar dip and fireworks.

Chicago, a Dartmouth Theater Department Production, will be on stage at the Hopkins Center for the Arts in Hanover this weekend. Set amidst the flashy decadence of the 1920s, Chicago features murder, Greed, Corruption and Treachery.

Comedian Juston McKinney will make an appearance at Jean's Playhouse in Lincoln this weekend. The former Maine Deputy Sheriff who grew up living on the border of the Granite State, knows New Hampshire well.

Backyard Maple Sugaring

Maple Hill Farm in Hollis is hosting a class for adults interested in learning to tap sugar maple trees for cooking into maple syrup this weekend.
