One of you will bike, the other one will run, and you'll both sled...in costume! Shake your fist at Old Man Winter by having a heap of fun atop Munjoy Hill. After the bike and road race portions of the race — each started with a ride on a sled — teammates meet up for a tandem slide down Portland's famous sledding hill. An awards ceremony follows at Rising Tide Brewery at noon.

The roaring '20s are calling you to Seal Cove for a night of dancing, prohibition era drinks, blackjack, aerial trapeze from the Apparatus Dance Theater, and big band music from Swingin' Overtime. The Barn Arts Collective will also be on hand to teach swing dance moves. Period attire is encouraged, so all you guys and dolls out there should get spiffed up for a very hotsy-totsy night!

Anyone with a love for mountains, adventure and especially the great outdoors will love the Banff Mountain Film Festival. The world tour that spends two nights in Portland includes award-winning and audience- favorite films chosen from 300 entries from more than 35 countries. The Capitol Steps, a Washington DC-based comedy troupe that began as a group of Senate Staffers, will present a show based on songs from their current album “Mock the Vote" this weekend at the Music Hall in Portsmouth.
