Who's the genius behind this delectable fusion of Korean and Mexican cuisine at "Tacos Del Seoul"? As an Amerasian who grew up in Texas, I love this idea. It makes perfect sense to combine sweet beef barbeque (Bulgogi) and flour tortillas. My mouth is watering just thinking about eating this. There are so many taste combinations to choose from that I might be at this food truck all day on Saturday.
