The 60’s Called, They Want Their Weight Loss Machine Back…

This past Friday and AJ and I were out on the road broadcasting live from the Fryeburg Fair. Even with the cold and the rain we managed to have fun, especially when I found THIS!

I'm pretty sure this machine was already invented back in the 60's, and I gotta say; I really admire the lazy approach to exercise everyone had back then.

And it wasn't just for women either! As you can see from this stock footage circa 1950, men were really into fitness as well.

While I can't tell you if this machine will actually help you lose weight, I can assure you that I had lots of fun during the demonstration, so all in all I'd say it was time well spent.
