Texas Governor Rick Perry’s Smug Shot [VIDEO]

Texas Governor Rick Perry was indicted on two felony counts of abuse of power. It's the first indictment of a Texas Governor since 1917. Wow. He turned himself in yesterday and this is his GQ mug shot.

One would think that an indictment may stop him from running for President - nope. It's not official, but I'm sure he will still throw his hat and glasses in the ring.

Remember Rick Perry last time he ran for President? And he had the biggest brain fart ever?

Perry's last attempt to win the Republican Presidential nomination during the New Hampshire Primary season in 2011 also didn't gain much traction. One one occasion, protesters heckled the Texas Governor when he made a campaign appearance at Popovers in Portsmouth, N.H., according to the Huffington Post.

You know what this does? Makes our Governor not seem so bad.....
