My poor little Chihuahua, Paco. He had his ears back and his tail between his legs. It was 11:30 p.m. on a Sunday night and when I picked him up he whimpered. He is normally energetic and excited to see me. What do I do this late? He's my child I need to fix this. That's when I found the best place to go with a pet emergency.
