Study Finds NH Residents Are The Nicest People On The Internet

And the meanest people online are right next door.

The internet can be a pretty ugly place sometimes.

But according to a recent study by wired.com, New Hampshire comes out on top as the nicest state in the country, when it comes to online comments. The study finds that the Granite State has the least number of "trolls"...people who leave mean and nasty comments on things.

New Hampshire comes in with 4.7% of online comments considered hostile, the lowest percentage for any state in the country.

Meanwhile, the state with the most trolls in the country is neighboring Vermont, with a whopping 12.2%.
