Startling In-Studio Encounter with Spirits from Medium Maureen Hancock [Audio]

I had a spooky thing happen while talking to the "Medium Next Door" Maureen Hancock. While she was talking to a listener on the air, she suddenly changed gears and said, "James." She said it was coming through someone in the studio.

Mike Rovin and I were the only two people in the studio. Rovin doesn't have anyone named James in his family. James is a common name in my family...my son, brother, dad, great uncle, great grandfather and down the line. She thought that it was perhaps the uncle and asked if he had been in the navy.  I didn't know anything about him. After the show, I called my dad. He said that his Uncle James had been in the merchant marine during WW2 and his ship had been torpedoed in the Gulf of Mexico.  He was a short wave radio operator. I'm not quite sure what to make of the encounter, but I am certainly intrigued. Maureen will be taking calls from listeners in the weeks to come.  She'll be coming to Westbrook Performing Arts Center on Friday, September 12th at 7:00 PM.
