YouTube user Bob Griffin put together a fascinating video, showcasing before and after photos of various spots in Rochester, many years apart.. It's pretty amazing to see what's changed...but I think that it's even more fascinating to see the things that look the same after all those years.

The video includes before and after photos of the Congregational Church, Portland St., the dam, the space that once held a beautiful water fountain, and many more scenes.
